Payments are made via PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards. You will be directed to PayPal at checkout.
Shipping
All items will be sent out in appropriate packaging, using recycled materials wherever possible. I endeavor to dispatch all orders the next working day wherever possible. Purchases of more than one item will be combined and sent packaged together. Most items will be shipped using insured USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Care of your Product
I take great pride in the quality of my finished work. Your purchase will be simple to look after and needs little care apart from an occasional gentle polish with a wax based furniture polish. Wood is a natural material so keep away from direct sunlight for the long term stability of the piece. My pieces are finished with natural oils, waxes and shellacs and are typically considered "food safe"; however, all of my natural wood products are sold as decoration only and not intended for use with food.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is very important to me and I want you to be delighted with your purchase from my shop. If you are disappointed for any reason, please contact me within 7 days to discuss an exchange or refund.
Returned items must be received back within 14 days of receipt, in the same condition in which they were received. Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.
Any refunds will be made via the payment method used upon receipt of returned item in original condition. My shipping costs will be deducted unless the item purchased was faulty or significantly different from the photos/description. I am unable to offer refunds on custom orders.
